"It's that sort of operational efficiency that puts us in a position to continue growing without having to add people and increase overhead," remarks Smith.

Despite the efficiency increases Pumping Services has seen as a result of Prelude's versatile functionality, Smith believes the people behind the solution to be its greatest asset: "If I ever have a question, I'm still able to talk to the same folks who helped us through go-live," he concludes.
