The fax broadcasting feature lets you send a customized faxes, like sales sheets or product announcements, to a group of customers, and the integrated fax solution will always notify you of the fax status, whether it successfully transmits or not.

With Outlook fax integration, users can send e-mail with attachments, and the integrated fax solution server will automatically fax the document. This capability is extremely beneficial for sales people in remote locations who do not have immediate access to a fax machine.
