Available to you from implementation through the life of your Activant solution, the Customer Web Site is a complete lifecycle tool.

Support

When questions arise, you can sign in to the Customer Web Site from www.activant.com and search the Solutions Database - the same Solutions Database used by Activant support experts - to find answers to your questions.

If you can't find an answer to your question, you can submit a support case online. Real-time tracking allows you to view your case every time an Activant employee updates it. All cases are archived, so you can view your entire case history in the event you encounter a redundant issue.

File attachments, such as screen captures and SQL query results, can be uploaded with case information to provide support representatives with a more thorough understanding of a particular issue, and entire databases can also be uploaded to Activant via the Customer Web Site. You can also download all documentation related to your Activant solution from the Customer Web Site.

Education and Consulting

Activant offers a blended learning curriculum that allows distributors to choose the educational courseware that works best for them. With this in mind, the Customer Web Site offers access to information and registration for Computer-, Web-, and Classroom-Based Training courses designed to improve your knowledge of your Activant solution.

In addition, the Customer Web Site provides you with access to the Custom Education Program (CEP). A free online application, the CEP enables you to create customized surveys that help pinpoint employee knowledge gaps in relation to your Activant solution. It then directs you to the educational tools offered by Activant that will most improve your employees' use of your solution. Serving as a measuring stick for employee growth, CEP surveys can be customized by difficulty level, functional area, and employee tasks.
