Business Analysis

In order to help you successfully implement your new solution, your Implementation Consultant will try to learn about all aspects of your business processes and the daily and long-term issues you face. To accomplish this, the Implementation Consultant will conduct a Business Analysis, a service that lays the groundwork for the entire implementation project as well as the procedure development.

A Business Analysis begins with a several-day visit to your company. When the Business Analysis visit is complete, the Implementation Consultant will write a formal report about your business processes and identify the individuals who will play key roles in the implementation process.

Using the Business Analysis, your Implementation Consultant will develop an extremely detailed project plan that includes a time line of each step that must be taken and when. This helps eliminate mistakes that may occur during the go-live period.
